Guest Access
Guests will enjoy full access to the condo and all resort amenities, including pools, tennis courts, and outdoor spaces. Parking is available on-site. The resort is conveniently located near major roads, making it easy to explore everything the Grand Strand has to offer.

Other Things to Note
Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
New construction is currently in progress in the surrounding area.
Public beach access is close by, perfect for beachcombing, swimming, or sunbathing.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
