Guests will have full access to the entire condo along with the community amenities available at River Oaks. Depending on the season and availability, guests may enjoy access to the outdoor pools and hot tubs, walking paths, and beautifully maintained common areas. As a guest, you'll also find public beach access nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID

 

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
