Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the condo, the community pool, and on-site parking. Public beach access is a short drive away, offering sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing opportunities. The building is equipped with elevator access for added convenience.

Other Things to Note

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

Verification: A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates and availability.

Public beach access is nearby and perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

We do not rent to locals

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
