As you enter World Tour 202, you're welcomed by an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, enjoyed either at the six-seater dining table or on your private third-story balcony with serene golf course views. The balcony is also a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening Carolina breeze.

The master suite offers a king-size swing bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large vanity and private shower/bath. The second bedroom features two full beds and easy access to a second full bathroom. Thoughtfully designed and well-furnished, this condo provides a welcoming home base during your Myrtle Beach vacation.

Guests have full access to the condo, the community pool, and convenient on-site parking. Public beach access is a short drive away—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. Elevator access ensures convenience during your stay.

Other Things to Note

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

Verification Required: A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates and availability.

As a guest, you’ll find nearby public beach access, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or strolling along the shore.

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
