Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and all community amenities, including the pool, golf facilities (fees may apply), and on-site restaurant. Public beach access is nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. This peaceful location is just minutes from Myrtle Beach’s top attractions, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.

Other Things to Note
Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
Verification Required: A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
Beach Access: Public beach access is just a short drive away, offering a great spot to enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
