Guests have full access to the condo and all shared community amenities, including the outdoor pool and walking areas. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and other iconic attractions are also conveniently nearby.

Other Things to Note

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

Verification Required: A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

Beach Access: Public beach access is available nearby for relaxing days by the ocean.

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
